Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and scan incoming merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Prepare packages for shipment, ensuring all labels and documentation are correct.
- Perform regular quality control checks on products before they leave the warehouse.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory audits and stock replenishment as needed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics coordinators regarding shipment statuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50-75 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanners.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license is required for some driving duties.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
