Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, stocking, and cycle counts.
- Packaging & Shipping: Prepare and package orders for shipment using standard packaging materials.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damages and ensure all items meet quality standards before shipping.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is a plus but not required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and attention to detail.
- License: Forklift certification is a major plus.
