Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and organize incoming shipments with precision
- Pick and pack orders according to specifications using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks) with certification
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and documentation
- Uphold OSHA safety standards and housekeeping protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily KPIs
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain (paid training)
- Basic math skills and inventory software knowledge
- Reliable transportation and clean background/drug screen
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
