Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory against packing lists.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move stock safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Report damaged goods, missing inventory, or safety hazards immediately.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Must be able to work in various weather conditions (loading docks).
