Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and timely manner.
- Organize, label, and maintain inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Inspect and perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment and machinery.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and shipping deadlines.
- Assist in quality control processes to ensure all outgoing products meet customer standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid forklift certification or be willing to obtain one.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Boston facility.
