Responsibilities
- Efficiently receive, scan, and sort incoming inventory using barcode scanners
- Pick and pack orders accurately for shipment while meeting daily productivity targets
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification training)
- Maintain organized storage areas and conduct regular inventory counts
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow efficiency
- Report equipment malfunctions and inventory discrepancies promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) – no college degree required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with digital inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Valid driver's license preferred (for equipment operation)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends during peak seasons
