Responsibilities
- Manage inventory operations using barcode scanning systems
- Coordinate efficient loading/unloading of freight trucks
- Maintain organized warehouse zones with safety compliance
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks)
- Process orders with 99.8% accuracy standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Conduct daily cycle counts and report discrepancies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and tech-savvy mindset
- Valid Michigan driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- OSHA 10-hour certification (training provided)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work rotating shifts including weekends
