Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Inspect and package products to ensure quality and safety standards
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory and participate in cycle counts
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (not required)
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
