Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with provided training
- Load/unload shipments safely and efficiently
- Pick, pack, and stage orders with barcode scanning systems
- Maintain inventory accuracy using our provided tech tools
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols with supplied PPE
- Perform cycle counts and warehouse organization tasks
- Collaborate with team members using provided communication devices
Qualifications
- No degree required – high school diploma/GED preferred but not mandatory
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with provided equipment assistance
- Basic computer literacy for our provided warehouse management systems
- Strong attention to detail with provided tools for accuracy
- Willingness to complete equipment certification training
- Reliable transportation to our Reno facility
- Team-oriented attitude with problem-solving skills
