Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in accordance with hospital protocols and standards.
- Administer medications, treatments, and medications via IV lines as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient health, record vital signs, and document symptoms and progress accurately.
- Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology safely and effectively.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff regarding care plans and updates.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Demonstrated experience in a clinical setting (e.g., Med-Surg, ICU, Telemetry, or Emergency Department).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal) to meet visa requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow complex instructions.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
