Responsibilities
- Perform general warehouse and facility maintenance tasks, including cleaning and organizing workspaces.
- Assist in the packing, labeling, and preparation of products for domestic and international shipment.
- Operate basic material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks and hand trucks, following safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently, ensuring accuracy and speed during shift changes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Perform light assembly duties as required by production schedules.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is preferred.
- Ability to work legally in the United States (or eligibility for EB3 visa sponsorship).
- Basic English reading and comprehension skills.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and the ability to work independently or in a team.
