Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse operations during night shifts, ensuring efficiency and safety
- Manage team of 8-12 staff, delegating tasks and providing guidance
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with day shift transitions
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Generate daily performance reports for management review
- Resolve operational issues promptly to maintain productivity targets
- Train new team members on equipment and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification and OSHA 10 training preferred
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
