- Manage inventory and stock levels using RF scanners
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely
- Pack and ship orders with 99% accuracy
- Maintain OSHA-compliant work environment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Train on new warehouse technologies
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years warehouse/forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid forklift certification (or willing to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Columbus facility
- Pass background/drug screening
