Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently to move inventory.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain stock organization.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production targets.
- Load and unload trucks with precision and care to prevent damage.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Complete daily paperwork and reporting duties accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Valid driver's license (preferred but not always required).
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
