Responsibilities
- Provide top-tier technical support and troubleshooting for internal and external clients.
- Manage and resolve escalated tickets within the agreed SLA during weekend hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations.
- Document technical issues and resolutions to maintain our knowledge base.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Conduct training sessions for junior staff on weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical support or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle high-pressure situations.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
