The Role

Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service by answering questions and assisting with product selections.
- Stock shelves and organize displays to maintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing store environment.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management regarding stock replenishment needs.
- Ensure the sales floor is organized, clean, and free of hazards during your shift.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve weekly sales targets and operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Math Skills: Basic math skills required for cash handling and inventory counts.
- Reliability: Dependable transportation and a strong work ethic.
