Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound logistics operations efficiently.
- Perform rigorous quality control checks on incoming inventory and shipments.
- Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment (Forklift Certified preferred).
- Ensure the warehouse floor remains organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist in loading trucks for scheduled weekend deliveries and dispatches.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily productivity targets and KPIs.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
