Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ warehouse associates with performance evaluations and training
- Implement and optimize safety protocols to maintain OSHA compliance
- Coordinate with logistics team to ensure seamless transportation of goods
- Utilize WMS software for inventory tracking and reporting
- Conduct cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to boost productivity
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience in distribution environments
- Forklift certification and OSHA safety training credentials
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Strong leadership abilities with conflict resolution skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
