Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software applications using modern frameworks and languages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to define features and technical specifications.
- Write clean, efficient, and scalable code while adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application speed and scalability.
- Mentor team members and contribute to the technical roadmap of the organization.
- Deploy applications to cloud environments (AWS/Azure) and manage CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js with strong understanding of OOP principles.
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js for frontend development.
- Strong knowledge of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL solutions.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
