Responsibilities
- Lead full-stack development using React, Node.js, and cloud technologies (AWS/GCP)
- Mentor 3+ junior engineers through pair programming and code reviews
- Design and implement microservices architecture with CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Optimize system performance and implement security best practices

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development
- Expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and DevOps
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
