Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network systems
- Manage and resolve complex IT incidents with SLA compliance
- Lead cybersecurity initiatives and vulnerability assessments
- Train and mentor junior IT staff on best practices
- Implement and maintain IT infrastructure improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Document IT processes and maintain knowledge base
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive IT support experience
- CompTIA Security+ and/or CCNA certification required
- Expertise in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven experience with ITIL service management frameworks
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
