Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for enterprise hardware/software systems
- Design, implement, and maintain secure network infrastructure
- Lead disaster recovery planning and system optimization projects
- Mentor junior IT staff and develop documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Monitor system performance and proactively resolve security vulnerabilities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT support
- Expertise in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Strong scripting skills (Python/PowerShell)
- Proven experience with network security protocols and tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts
- Ability to work flexible hours including on-call rotations
