Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Architect complex back-end systems and optimize database performance for speed and reliability.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes into functional code.
- Mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and establish coding standards.
- Identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and performance issues in real-time.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development.
- Strong proficiency in React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Expertise in RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
