Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and consultative selling
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly sales targets through upselling techniques
- Process transactions accurately and maintain organized sales floor
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising
- Train new associates on product lines and sales processes

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year retail or sales experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
