Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers immediately upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Assist customers in finding products that meet their specific needs and provide expert product knowledge.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize store revenue and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and stockroom.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions.
