Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized recommendations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling techniques

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- 1+ years retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
