Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care and assess patient needs in acute care settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies per physician orders
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document patient progress accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and discharge planning
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Virginia or eligible for immediate endorsement
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
- Strong English proficiency and communication skills
- Eligible for U.S. work visa sponsorship (TN, H1B, etc.)
- Ability to work rotating shifts including weekends
