Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in acute/chronic care settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records

Qualifications
- BSN or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with 2+ years experience
- Active RN license in good standing
