Responsibilities
- Lead the Night Shift Team: Supervise, train, and mentor a diverse team of warehouse associates to ensure maximum productivity and morale.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily workflows, inventory counts, and logistics procedures to ensure 100% accuracy and efficiency during the night cycle.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce strict safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a zero-incident work environment.
- Process Management: Oversee equipment maintenance, loading dock operations, and shift reporting documentation.
- Crisis Management: Address operational challenges and customer issues in real-time, ensuring seamless service continuity.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading teams and driving performance metrics.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
