Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products using forklifts and pallet jacks in a safe and timely manner.
- Scan barcodes and verify inventory counts to ensure accuracy in the warehouse management system.
- Organize stockpiles and maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a smooth handover of operations.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to prevent downtime.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
