Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of orders to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects before they leave the facility.
- Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
- Certification: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and commitment to safety protocols.
