Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package products in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate powered industrial equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with precision and safety
- Conduct quality control inspections and report inventory discrepancies
- Maintain accurate digital records using our warehouse management system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Participate in quarterly safety training and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (GED accepted)
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or distribution experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Valid driver's license and clean MVR for equipment operation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with rotating weekends
