Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move materials, products, and equipment within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package and prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring all labels and documentation are accurate and legible.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the inventory management system.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily production targets.
- Perform general cleaning and organization of the warehouse floor to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; we will train the right candidate.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
