Your Mission:
As a Night Shift Specialist, you will provide top-tier technical assistance to enterprise clients, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain system integrity while the rest of the world sleeps. Your expertise will directly impact our client satisfaction scores and operational success.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot server infrastructure and network connectivity during night shifts.
- Provide advanced technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Document all incidents, resolutions, and system changes in the ticketing system.
- Perform routine system backups and security patch updates.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless operations and handovers.
- Escalate critical issues to senior engineers when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical support.
- Must be available to work night shifts (10:00 PM - 06:00 AM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
