Responsibilities
- Oversee 10-15 night shift warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and enforce safety protocols across all workstations
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for efficient loading/unloading of freight
- Generate daily performance reports and identify process improvement opportunities
- Train and mentor new night shift staff on equipment operation
- Communicate with day shift management for seamless transition
- Resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience in night shift environments
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong leadership skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid California driver's license for facility vehicle operation
