Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate production machinery and assembly lines during overnight hours.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in strict adherence to safety regulations.
- Document production data accurately and report any equipment malfunctions immediately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure a seamless transition and workflow continuity.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and uniform protocols.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work full-time night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new equipment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
