Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage real-time system operations during night hours to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
- Execute data entry and inventory management tasks with high accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to resolve overnight issues and ensure a seamless transition.
- Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols and company quality assurance standards.
- Provide exceptional support to internal stakeholders and resolve technical inquiries promptly.
- Conduct routine equipment checks and report any maintenance needs immediately.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associateās degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous experience working in a night shift or 24/7 facility setting is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and standard data entry software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and occasional overtime requirements.
