Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor industrial machinery and assembly lines during the 3rd shift.
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
- Document production data and shift reports accurately.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational continuity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Ability to work flexible night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to pass a background check and drug screening.
