Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming IT support tickets during the night shift.
- Perform hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network diagnostics.
- Ensure all security patches and updates are applied to critical systems.
- Respond to emergency alerts and resolve server outages promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all technical interventions and logs.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to hand off unresolved issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in Computer Science preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk environments.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, Active Directory, and common office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
- Valid US work authorization and ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
