Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the daily inbound and outbound logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Communicate effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve shipping discrepancies and logistical issues.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and prepare necessary documentation for customs and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce costs and improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor shipping schedules and adjust plans proactively to meet client deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Outlook.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required.
