Responsibilities
- Assist senior team members with daily operations and administrative tasks.
- Participate in project planning and research initiatives.
- Attend departmental meetings and take detailed notes.
- Observe and learn industry-specific best practices and workflows.
- Contribute to reports and presentations under supervision.
Qualifications
- Be between the ages of 18 and 30 (or 35 for some programs).
- Possess a valid J1 Visa eligibility.
- Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Demonstrate professional English proficiency (B1 level or higher).
- Be willing to commit to the full duration of the traineeship.
