Responsibilities
- Assist in Daily Operations: Support the administrative and operational workflow of your host department.
- Project Implementation: Contribute to ongoing projects by conducting research, data entry, and process improvement initiatives.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with American colleagues to develop professional relationships and soft skills.
- Training & Development: Participate in weekly training sessions designed to enhance your technical and managerial skills.
- Cultural Events: Engage in community outreach and cultural exchange activities to represent your home country.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of tasks completed and submit progress reports to supervisors.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies and visa regulations throughout your employment term.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be a citizen of a country outside the United States and eligible for a J1 Trainee Visa.
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or hold a degree in a related field.
- Experience: Must have at least 3 months of work experience related to your field of study (prior to the program start).
- Language: Must demonstrate professional English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
- Age: Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 30.
- Passport: Must hold a valid passport that does not expire within 6 months of the program end date.
- Health: Must be in good physical and mental health.
