Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize IT infrastructure including cloud systems, networks, and security protocols
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware/software issues across 500+ endpoints
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices including vulnerability assessments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation initiatives
- Document IT processes and create operational SOPs
- Lead system upgrades and migration projects
- Mentor junior IT staff and provide technical guidance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years in IT infrastructure management with cloud technologies (AWS/Azure)
- CompTIA Security+ or equivalent certification required
- Expertise in network administration (Cisco/Juniper)
- Experience with enterprise-level helpdesk systems (ServiceNow)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours for system maintenance
