Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional project teams to deliver IT solutions on time and within budget
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, milestones, and resource allocation
- Manage stakeholder communications and expectations across all levels
- Implement Agile methodologies to ensure iterative progress and quality deliverables
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive monitoring
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers
- Track KPIs and report project status to executive leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of IT project management experience with PMP certification
- Proven track record delivering complex technology projects
- Expertise in Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Asana)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries highly desirable
