Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service in hospitality/event settings
- Collaborate with diverse teams to execute seasonal operations
- Maintain strict adherence to safety and hygiene protocols
- Assist with event setup, breakdown, and guest management
- Adapt to flexible schedules during peak demand periods
- Participate in mandatory pre-season training programs

Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizen)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Fluent English communication skills
- Ability to work 40+ hours weekly including weekends
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid passport and clean criminal background check
