Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service in hotel front desk operations
- Assist with event setup and guest coordination for large conferences

Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility required
- Basic English proficiency (reading/writing/speaking)
- Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights/weekends
