Responsibilities
- Lead architecture design and implementation for scalable cloud-based solutions
- Mentor and guide 5+ engineers through technical best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define roadmap and deliverables
- Optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
- Conduct code reviews and maintain high-quality standards

- Represent engineering in stakeholder communications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of software development experience with 3+ years in leadership
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and microservices architecture
- Strong proficiency in Python, Java, or modern JavaScript frameworks
- Proven track record of mentoring junior engineers
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Scrum Master)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
