Responsibilities
- Architect Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain scalable software applications using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate: Partner with product managers and designers to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- Optimize Performance: Review and optimize code to ensure high performance, security, and scalability.
- Technical Guidance: Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Agile Workflow: Participate actively in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to drive project success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java, plus familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues efficiently.
