Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Manage and mentor a team of 15+ logistics professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and growth
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline supply chain activities
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate actionable reports for leadership
- Resolve operational challenges promptly and implement sustainable solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management
- Proven track record of leading high-performance teams in fast-paced environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Certified in Lean Six Sigma or related process improvement methodologies preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends
