Responsibilities
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software systems.
- Manage and maintain the local area network (LAN) and wide area network (WAN).
- Configure and deploy new workstations and mobile devices.
- Monitor system performance and ensure data security and compliance.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical integration issues.
- Conduct regular system backups and perform routine maintenance tasks.
- Train end-users on new software applications and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support or systems administration (2+ years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and virtualization technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site support.
